Group Psychotherapy

Group therapy offers something individual therapy can’t: the chance to understand yourself in real time through relationships with others.

In a well-facilitated group, you gain perspective—not just from your therapist, but from peers who reflect back how you are experienced. Over time, patterns become visible, understandable, and changeable.

Group psychotherapy can help you:

Group therapy is not about being put on the spot or “fixed.” It’s about learning—together—how you relate, protect yourself, reach for connection, and sometimes get in your own way.

With time and support, the group becomes a safe place to experiment with new ways of being—more open, more grounded, and more authentic.

If you’re curious about whether group psychotherapy is right for you, I invite you to reach out for a confidential conversation.

Short-term group, 12 consecutive weeks (Ages: College students, young adults and beyond — ages 18 and up)

Payment may be made by check or online here via Paypal using any credit card.
