I will again be offering in the spring/summer of 2020 Survive and Thrive, a 7-week stress reduction workshop.
This workshop will meet for seven consecutive weeks, in an evening time-slot, on dates to be announced soon.
Participants focus over the course of the workshop on developing skills to reduce stress and build resiliency. These skills include mindfulness, grounding, and relaxation techniques. This workshop works well as an adjunct to individual psychotherary.
