I will again be offering in the winter of 2017 Survive and Thrive, a 7-week stress reduction workshop.
This workshop will meet for seven consecutive weeks, on Mondays from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm, from January 9 - February 20, 2017.
Participants focus over the course of the workshop on developing learned skills to reduce stress and build resiliency. These skills include mindfulness, grounding, relaxation, and sensorimotor therapy. These learned skills are specifically aimed to help you gain clarity, objectivity, regulation and resiliency.
